These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Stance Components service & website.  We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment, Pricing and Availability

We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the website are accurate and current, however errors can occur.  If there are errors, we aim to update the website as soon as possible.

If an item is not available, we will endeavour to contact you before the quoted delivery times expires.  If we are not able to offer a suitable date for delivery, we will happily cancel your order.

Product Performance

Products produced by Stance Components have been designed and thouroughly tested to withstand normal use.  They will however require regular maintenance and inspections.  Items that are subject to normal wear and tear i.e. bearings will not be covered under warranty.  Any items which have been abused, misused, neglected or been poorly installed will also not be covered.

Warranty

Stance Components products are covered for one year from the original date of purchase against manufacturer defects in material or workmanship.  The warranty extends to the original owner of this product only.

Proof of purchase is required for any claim.  All packages must be returned with a returns form, which can be downloaded here.

Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days. To cancel your order please contact us at info@stanceco.cc. Please ensure you retain possession of your order and take reasonable care of it. Stance Components retains the right to inspect any returns and deduct monies for wear and tear or damage, including where the item has been checked or used

Other information

The products you are purchasing have been designed to comply with the consumer safety standards of the country they are shipping from. Stance Components makes no guarantee of our products’ compliance with the standards of any other country or jurisdiction. Other countries & jurisdictions may impose import duties or taxes on the products you are importing. These costs are outside of the control of Stance Components and are your responsibility as the importer.
