DELIVERY DATE AND DELIVERY CAPACITY

We will do our best to get your shipment out as soon as possible, but from time to time, like anyone, we have backorders, delays and other hiccups. The shipping times are to give you a relative idea – so please don’t place an order a couple days before a big event and absolutely plan on it being there!

Unless otherwise indicated, and depending on the receipt of payment, shipping may take up to 7 business days within the UK and up to 14 business days for deliveries to other European countries, provided the product is in stock. If Stance Components determines that the item ordered is not available after the conclusion of the contract although it was indicated as available in the online shop, Stance Components may withdraw from the contract if Stance Components is not responsible for the lack of availability. In this case, Stance Components will immediately inform you of this and refund any payments made in advance. Stance Components is entitled to make partial deliveries at its own expense provided this is deemed reasonable for you.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Stance Components, however if for any reason you are unhappy with an item within 7 days of purchase, please email info@stanceco.cc.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be either faulty or the wrong item sent, if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size you will need to arrange shipping at your own cost (in this case please obtain proof of posting).

Any item returned must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must  also be in the original packaging. Please download our returns form here  and enclose it with any items you are returning.  Once your item is received and inspected, then your full refund or exchange will be given.
